📋 What You'll Need

  • Amazon Firestick (any model) or Fire TV
  • Active RynexPlay subscription or free trial
  • Your login credentials (username, password, server URL)
  • Internet connection (at least 10 Mbps recommended)

Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1

Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources"

On your Firestick remote, press the Home button, then navigate to Settings (gear icon) → My Fire TVDeveloper Options. Toggle "Apps from Unknown Sources" to ON. This allows you to install apps not in the Amazon store.

2

Install the "Downloader" App

Go back to the Home screen. In the search bar (magnifying glass), type "Downloader". Select the orange Downloader app by AFTVnews. Press Get or Download to install it. This free app lets you sideload other apps.

3

Download IPTV Smarters Pro or TiViMate

Open the Downloader app. In the URL bar, enter the APK download URL for your preferred player: IPTV Smarters Pro (easiest for beginners) or TiViMate (best features). After downloading, press Install when prompted.

4

Open the IPTV Player

Once installed, find the app in your Apps & Channels section. Open it. For IPTV Smarters, select "Login with Xtream Codes API". For TiViMate, select "Add Playlist" then choose Xtream Codes.

5

Enter Your RynexPlay Credentials

Enter your credentials received from RynexPlay:
Username: your_username
Password: your_password
Server URL: provided in your welcome email
Press Add User or Save.

6

Load Channels & Start Streaming!

The app will connect and load your 18,000+ channels and VOD library. This may take 30-60 seconds on first load. Once complete, browse channels by category, set favorites, and start streaming in HD or 4K quality!

🔧 Troubleshooting Common Issues

Double-check your username, password, and server URL for typos. Ensure there are no extra spaces. If your trial has expired, renew or purchase a subscription. Contact support via WhatsApp for credential verification.
Try these fixes: 1) Switch from WiFi to a wired Ethernet adapter, 2) Clear the app cache (Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Apps), 3) Change stream quality to HD instead of 4K, 4) Disable any VPN, 5) Restart your router. See our full buffering fix guide.
Search specifically for "Downloader" in the search bar on your Firestick home screen. Alternatively, use the Silk Browser (pre-installed) to navigate directly to the IPTV player's download page.
