We provide login credentials that allow access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content through compatible third-party applications. RynexPlay IPTV does not host any content directly; we provide access to streams through our content partner network.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are sold on a prepaid basis. Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before the Service is activated. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You are responsible for renewing your subscription before it expires if you wish to continue the Service. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Share your login credentials with others outside your household
  • Resell or redistribute access without written authorization from RynexPlay
  • Use the Service in ways that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
  • Attempt to bypass any technical restrictions or security measures
  • Use the Service in any jurisdiction where such use is illegal

5. Account and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials or violating these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Disclaimer

RynexPlay IPTV provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RynexPlay IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
